Welcome! If you are an active SCUBA diver, novice SCUBA diver or just wanting to get into the sport of SCUBA diving then the SCUBA Diving Club at the University of South Carolina is the place for you.

We strive to provide an opportunity for learning and advancing the sport of SCUBA diving and to emphasize the assets of safety while diving here at the University of South Carolina.

All current students, faculty, and staff at the University of South Carolina are welcome to join us at our meetings and get involved in one of the most exciting and rapidly growing recreational sport activities.

The SCUBA Club is a network for partaking in SCUBA diving, training and meeting other SCUBA divers; plus the Club members have access to participating sponsors for SCUBA gear rentals and purchases. Dues are $30 per semester or $50 for the year which allows the Club member to participate in trips and other Club activities. Members must have completed all liability waivers required by the University and the Club and have paid their dues to be eligible to participate in any of the SCUBA Club's activities.

To be eligible to become a Club member you must be an active student, faculty or staff here at the University of South Carolina as well as being at least an Open Water Certified diver through one of the major organizations such as PADI, SSI, or NAUI. If you wish to become a SCUBA Club member then attend one of the meetings and pay the memberships dues.
